How can I return an order?

All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in the case where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team

Can I return an item for a change of mind?
If you change your mind and wish to refund your goods, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 14 days from the date of purchase; the goods have not been used and the goods are returned in their original packaging. We will then happily provide you with a store credit. 

A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card or code with no expiry, which you can use to repurchase another item on our website. 

Can I cancel, or change my online order?
Unfortunately we are unable to amend order details or make changes to delivery or payment methods, once your order has been placed and payment has been captured. Email us if this happens and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a resolution. 

What happens if an item I purchased is faulty/incorrect?
At ELN Collective we recognise the importance of quality when it comes to our products. Should an instance arise where a product fails to meet expectations or is not what was ordered, rest assured that help is available and returns are accepted for faulty goods. This applies both under Australian Law as well as through any guarantees offered on specific items – be it replacement, refund, repairs or compensation in cases of minor flaws other than major failures.

How Long Will It Take To Get A Refund?
Once your goods have been received by us, please allow up to 14 days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive an email confirming the store credit.
